Great experience! Jerry is very knowledgeable and provides prompt, professional service. Took my Strat to him for a setup and nut upgrade. Not only did he do a fantastic job he found a problem with the way my neck was sitting in its pocket. He quickly took care of it and my Strat now plays like butter. Jerry is very personable and knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

YES! My trial 1st repairs were a Veillette 12 string mini & a mandolin & strat. ALL PLAY TO MY EXPECTATIONS. A Picky 45 year player. Great guy to boot. Thank you Jerry. I'll be returning for sure.🎸😎

Great service, very knowledgeable. Bass plays better now than it ever has! Jerry is a guitar repair magician, will be sending more guitars to him for set up in the future.

Jerry did a set up on my Taylor. Very nice work!! he was able to improve the action and get it back to me in a timely fashion. I'm very pleased with the work and will be using Right Action again and I will recommend them to friends.

Jerry's work is a blessing. I found him online at random. I'm playing music on my Taylor 12 string now that I didn't used to play on the 12. The action is so much better. Its so much easier to play now. He worked on 2 of my Taylors (my 12 and a 110) that are both like new instruments to me. He's a nice guy. I trust hi. I've enjoyed getting to know him, as well. His work has improved my music!! Much appreciated.

Outstanding job with my guitar. My Charvel had a few issues that needed to be addressed due to it being a new guitar. Right Action corrected them in a timely manner and guided me through every step in the process. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

1990 i purchased a cheap tele copy. Played for years but it never felt right. I decide to have some work done. I spoke with, then met Jerry. I was impressed and entrusted one of my favorite guitars to him. I am so excited to report that he did an amazing job.(jobs). New tuners that actually keep this instrument in tune. Cleaned the original pots and switch, Replaced plastic (hollow nut) with bone. Cleaned and crowned a fretboard that is 52 years old. Set the action and intonation, and I gotta say: "this is currently my all time favorite guitar". Wow, Thank you Jerry. For anyone reading this, this shop is small so you get customized service. Your items are safe and secure, and you will get excellent work done. Thanks again Jerry.

My 1978 electric guitar had serious intonation issues which Jerry found and corrected. Complete setup and cleaning of electronics. Done in just two days and very reasonable price. Now the guitar plays better than when it was new! I enthusiastically recommend Right Action Guitar Repair.

Took my taylor gs mini in to get a bone saddle put on and get serviced. Jerry did an amazing job the guitar looks and sounds much better than before i took it in. I will be taking any guitars i need worked on here in the future i highly recommend anyone else does aswell 👍
